This was my first time taking a vehicle into a shop and I will definitely be coming back! Extremely nice people and they made the whole thing as stress-free as possible. I was so scared that my whole differential would have to be replaced or that the repairs would be super expensive but they weren't! They even found a leak in my engine that I didn't even know about! If your Jeep breaks down in Medford, it might be a blessing. As much as I'm not happy with my Jeep breaking down 5 hours from home. I feel like things are in good hands with good people at Schmidtfranz repair. It's been a complicated repair with aftermarket parts, I feel like they give it their all to get my Jeep back on the road/ trails.
I’m not to happy with this place I had a week baring replaced and it ate my caliper and brakes up and now I just discovered last night my week baring that was replaced is bad lucky nothing happened with my kids in the car or I would be suing you not recommending this place for business or work to be done on your car. If my review gets taken down I’m contacting consumer protection to file a report
Absolutely wonderful place. Our vehicle broke down and we were an hour from home. They got us in right away, the office employees were on point(seriously great people), and they fixed our vehicle very quick. They even took the time to show me the problem. They were very busy and we sincerely appreciate what they did for us today. Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to fit us in! I highly recommend anyone to do business with them!
