I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. My grandson was admitted there for serious behavioral issues, including violent behavior towards himself and other students his age (14). About a month later he’s been discharged for attacking another kid. Seriously he’s been in and out of facilities since adopted by my daughter and son in law. No one ever wants to press charges on him, just expell him from school and anything else he’s not happy with and acts out. There’s never been any consequences beyond sending him h... read more

Would like to give negative stars if I could, my doctor's office called to make sure they had what I needed I called to make sure I get there they don't have it. The girls working there were not helpful and appeared to have just woken from a nap

On 11-14-2018, I was seeing after being injured at Windsor Foods, after complaining since June of 2018 of my back hurting after I fell very hard. My former employer Windsor, even though I have proof said I never filed a claim which I did. It's very funny how they don't have the ability to add pictures here cuz I would add it. But on to further business I was taken after almost 6 months of complaining and having another Serious injury with my arm wrapped up in a conveyor belt at Windsor Foods, finally was seen by Dr Rick Hagg... read more

January 2021 Dr. Coy performed a Hiatal Hernia Repair with 360° Nissen Fundlopication, I was never able to eat normal afterward, had to go to University of Kansas Medical Center to a Thoracic Surgeon to get it taken down and redone. He totally botched the surgery he did on me according to the KU Doctors, the wrap was too tight and too low.

I was in need of a new local Cardiologist as the one I've been using for several years is in Florida and I didn't want to make the trip for a nuclear stress test that I'm required to get every year for a federal license that I hold due to a quad by-pass, I had 13 years ago. As a result, I have been doing this test every year for the past 13 years and some of the requirements are different than the standard stress test, so I booked an appointment to meet the Dr. and explain what was needed, (My medical records were forwarded... read more

Misdiagnosed my grandpa with “cholesterol issues” when he actually has dementia . This was 2 years ago. Now my grandpa is worse then ever and the dementia has taken over his life. He had a chance 2 years ago to slow it so we could atleast get some more time making a plan for him but now we don’t get that. Thanks Dr Thomas.

I requested that my girlfriend should have a new nurse that draws her blood they said there wasn't anyone eles that could do it?? Witch i really doubt being it was a hosptial at 10am. her nurse ( didint get his name) grabed her bra and made uncomfortable comments then told her to put her mask on while she was throwing up or she wasing going to recive care while having such an asshole attitude about it. Worst hospital ever and the male nurses seem rappie.

I have gone to Ozark center since before 2011 and always thought but they really cared about my mental health. Especially since I have chronic depression and ADHD along with PTSD. I must say now this place has changed so much and is having a huge internal turn over. If any of you out there are all of a sudden being told by Ozark center that they are going to taper you off all your meds etc with no explanation! Your mental health is in Jeopardy working with this company. They truly have no ethics and are no longer considered ... read more

This medical facility cannot be praised too highly. Appointments were easy online. When calling to ask questions, the receptionist was informed and patient. Each medical care worker was skilled and spoke with kindness. Medical conditions were fully explained. I am so thankful to have received this service.
