Excellent residential survey map, contained much more detail than any of the previous ones made by other companies. Customer service was also fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had a choice between Schmidt and another Co. for surveying my newly purchased home. After comparing Google reviews, despite being slightly more costly, Schmidt was the obvious choice. After closing and pins being placed, Schmidt has impressed and delivered! Their communication is extremely professional, highly responsive, and very competent. Great customer service.
