Excellent residential survey map, contained much more detail than any of the previous ones made by other companies. Customer service was also fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had a choice between Schmidt and another Co. for surveying my newly purchased home. After comparing Google reviews, despite being slightly more costly, Schmidt was the obvious choice. After closing and pins being placed, Schmidt has impressed and delivered! Their communication is extremely professional, highly responsive, and very competent. Great customer service. Reasonably priced and extremely professional. Answered all my questions in depth and then some. Learned so much I feel like I could do a land survey myself now. Adam, Dan, and Andrew were absolutely amazing. I did all the research so anyone reading this doesn't have to --- if you're in the Bergen County area and need a survey done, hire these guys. You won't regret it.

Dan was my person of contact at Schmidt Surveying. I needed to make some adjustment to the survey. Dan was very responsive, did it quickly and answered every question with patience. Definitely recommend the company.
