Very good storm shelters, the owners are also very good and honest people.
The house we bought already had the shelter installed. We were told it had a lifetime warranty. So when I noticed it filled with inches of water each time it rained, I reached out to see if they could fix it. They came once or twice and tried to fix it, but eventually they just quit answering or returning my calls. My husband finally fixed it with an afternoon's worth of work. Would have been much happier if they even acknowledged my calls.
