Ted Schmidt, Dan Benoit and the office have represented me the past 10 years for both commercial and residential properties. They are always super responsive and helpful and most importantly they fight and win property tax refunds for me! I'm still receiving tax refunds for properties 7 years later. I highly recommmend you give them a call if you like tax refunds !

Misrepresentation! They lured me to be their client by providing false statements. My taxes were 33k, but after Salzman it went to 46k and I was charged for their services. Not recommended! They are not responsive at all. Stay away!
My one star is based on the fact that they incessantly send me junk mail to sell their services. I've tried multiple times to be removed from their lists but that still hasn't happen. If it's too complicated for them to remove me from their mail lists, it seriously makes me question their ability to do more complicated tasks.
