I wasn't pleased or impressed by the performance ideas most of the work myself we getting all my own documentation writing my own reports on what happened detail I felt like I was the paralegal. Obtaining my own medical reports and getting letters in support of my case from the doctors. Didn't feel like that was a personal experience or concern for my care after the fact.. I'm still injured still have many many more surgeries left to undertake I was just another paycheck an easy one at that
