EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Did not return calls. After trying to find out where our order was after 3 months owner was full of excuses, hung up on my mom, then when my dad called the owner was completely different to him and told him it had been in since Oct, so over 1 mo.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Customer service does not exist here. Quotes one price then changes the price and denies it. Told us we weren't worth his time and walked out leaving us sitting in the office. Unprofessional. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Joe has done a few headstones for us and does amazing work. You give him an idea on what you want and he draws something up and it’s perfect! The service and pricing is great!
My Grandmothers stone at Kenard Cemetary was damaged. I have know idea who did the stone. I called Schmidt and they fixed it right away at no charge! Bless this business! Very good people!
