This company’s marketing department should be fired or at the very least go through some grief support training. Sending me a mailing with my and my loved one’s name on gravestone while I’m grieving a tragic and sudden loss…who thought this was a good idea? I’ve shown the mailing I received to many people (Did you share with a focus group to gauge response? Doubtful!) and none feel this is appropriate. Just awful.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Did not return calls. After trying to find out where our order was after 3 months owner was full of excuses, hung up on my mom, then when my dad called the owner was completely different to him and told him it had been in since Oct, so over 1 mo.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Customer service does not exist here. Quotes one price then changes the price and denies it. Told us we weren't worth his time and walked out leaving us sitting in the office. Unprofessional. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
