Jim from Schmidt memorial has yet to deliver my husbands headstone after 10 months of waiting. I paid 2500 on Oct 2019. Until just last month they finally emailed stating the headstone was ready to be placed the following Monday once final payment was made. I live out of town so I asked for a picture of the headstone and let them know I would pay that afternoon. A month has passed and they have yet to respond to my request. RecommendedManager Carl Boutotte and his staff are WONDERFUL. They are SO MUCH help in clearly difficult times. Their prices are so dramatically lower for better quality items. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
The entire staff is amazing! I had went to several locations looking for the Marker I wanted and they delivered exactly what I wanted! My Sons Marker was amazing! I would highly recommend them to any one needed a Grave Marker- Monument. Thank you!

We have been waiting for months and we have paid Joe at Schmidt Memorial. He refuses to give us a timeline to complete the work and when we called to press him on the issues at 7 different visits to the office he refused to tell us when it would be done and said it was his business. We are now forced to find a way to pick up our granite which is not an easy solution. He told me to come and get it and hung up on me. The customer service at Schmidt Memorial is unacceptable. They took forever, then the name on the stone was spelled wrong and they never returned any of my calls when asked how they were going to fix the stone.
