While this attorney effectively handled my case and provided good legal advice, the firm's communication and administrative practices were extremely frustrating. Email responses were either nonexistent or vague—leading to additional billed questions—and phone messages left with the front desk were rarely returned. I was so excited to have an attorney to help me with my case. Out of the entire time he was my attorney from 11/2024 he called me once and emailed me back twice. He was most responsive when I told him I was firing him. So just beware- he’s nice otherwise

Brad Schmidt is the worst attorney possible he does what he wants not what you have agreed to and after he does that he tries to add to the bill go with a public defender you'd be better represented.
