I’d give a negative 10 if I could! They have no problem taking your money and find out they couldnt even cover your home owners insurance, they play games with your refund and try to the latest time to return! Now customer service for farm bureau excellent people! Don’t use this agency for anything, unprofessional scammers!
We have several policies through Alex and he always makes it so easy to get a new one! Jusg got life insurance and it was taken care of by him and very quickly! So mich easier than other companies that you dont evem get to talk to a person let alone get things done in less than 5 minutes! Highly highly suggest him for all your insurance needs!

Got a letter in the mail for a 35$ shortage which was supposed to be taken care of by escrow. Dated the 16 of Nov. Had until the 24th to pay or policy would be canceled. Due to holiday and traveling. Didn't get the letter until after the 24th. Call them and find out I indeed have no coverage on my house since the 24th. Not one phone call, voicemail, text. And only one letter with a 8 day notice.
