This is my second home with Schmidt. I could not be happier with the communication, timeliness, and flexibility of the builder. We got everything we wanted, and they were more than happy to accommodate changes. They were completely upfront with all costs and decisions. When I was at the house checking on progress, a local inspector was there to take measurements before closing.
