Unfortunately, my grandparents' experience with Schmidt Builders has been very disappointing. They recently built a home in the Venice Crossing neighborhood of Ross Township and have dealt with issue after issue since moving in. Some of the problems have included a delayed installation of the handrail from the garage into the house, ongoing water pressure concerns, and excessive noise from the kitchen hood vent.
