I love that I have trustworthy honest detail-oriented vehicle maintenance. I brought my newest vehicle in for a basic oil change. I was given a thorough Bumper to Bumper inspection with a detailed list of mechanic concerns. The staff was super kind and walked me through what was necessary and why. I love that they not only find it important to keep their customers safely able to transport but also take the time to educate as well. I have been using Schmidt Auto for about 1-2 years. They provide extremely detailed inspections to ensure my vehicles a running properly and safely. I am very pleased with the quality service I have received. I feel comfortable saying that I can recommend them and that they are trustworthy and honest about the pricing and service they provide.

Looking for a good shop that was honest and reasonable and friends recommended this place. They did a thorough inspection, not pushy. Now The car runs so nice. They did a very good job. Appreciate their hard work. I think it’s great. Also that you can earn coupons towards work. The app is easy to to use.

I cannot say enough wonderful words about the owners and crew of Schmidt Auto. They are so very thorough in their process of checking your car and will send a text message on what they find along with pictures of your car and their findings. So very transparent, lets you know that they are very honest and trustworthy. They call and go over everything that the mechanic found and with no pressure, discuss what you want done. Did a pcv replacement on my Chevy Malibu , did a good job but failed to tell me about a missing bolt on my coil pack and put on a rusty bolt that wasn’t long enough to catch. After replacement and driving now my turbo doesn’t work as intended. Not sure what’s going on. Edit: still keeping 4 star due to a stripped bolt also found in the injector mount area. They deemed to fix it I just don’t have time or another car to have it dropped off. Will just deal with it until I can get it fixed great company few flaws but over all ... read more
