Schmidt was very professional yet personable. It felt more like visiting a family shop than entering a big dealership service garage that can sometimes feel intimidating. We had our KIA Sorento (2016) worked on. We were able to schedule, get service, and have our car returned to us all in a timely matter. There was a lot of good communication as to what was found, needed vs could what could wait, cost of repairs, and updates on the progress. The car is running great once again. Thanks, Schmidt!

I recently brought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in for its 100,000-mile service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Started with a Check Engine Light and needing to find an honest and trustworthy local mechanic. My wife had heard good things about Schmidt so we took our vehicle in for a diagnostic. They performed a very detailed inspection and provided a clear report of what was wrong, prioritizing the urgency of each repair. Amazing customer service and had my truck fixed same day. Let you know what was wrong and what could use fixed but not pressured to do so at all. Didn't feel like they were trying to push an up sale on you. Would recommend to anyone I know.
