Great service and communication! Jake was helpful and professional as he talked me through the issues with the car. Turnaround time for the initial consult was quick as they were able to check out the car and get me results within a day. And I loved being able to go through the full inspection report and see the estimate online and think about it on my own time. I love that I have trustworthy honest detail-oriented vehicle maintenance. I brought my newest vehicle in for a basic oil change. I was given a thorough Bumper to Bumper inspection with a detailed list of mechanic concerns. The staff was super kind and walked me through what was necessary and why. I love that they not only find it important to keep their customers safely able to transport but also take the time to educate as well. Did a pcv replacement on my Chevy Malibu , did a good job but failed to tell me about a missing bolt on my coil pack and put on a rusty bolt that wasn’t long enough to catch. After replacement and driving now my turbo doesn’t work as intended. Not sure what’s going on. Edit: still keeping 4 star due to a stripped bolt also found in the injector mount area. They deemed to fix it I just don’t have time or another car to have it dropped off. Will just deal with it until I can get it fixed great company few flaws but over all ... read more

I chose Schmidt Auto Care because of the glowing reviews, and I was not disappointed. The service was everything I had hoped for. The service writers were professional and friendly. I was given an estimate before the work began, and the actual price came in under the estimate. The work was excellent, and they offer a two-year warranty.
