I don't think these people actually want any business for headliner repair... Always have an excuse for why they can't do the job. I give up and will go somewhere else.

Pretty poor customer service. Made an online enquiry a couple of weeks ago. Someone called Edward replied to my email quite fast with a few questions. I answered the questions and provided photos. He replied advising that I would recieve a quote at their earliest availability. I'm still waiting and I am booked in with a competitor to get the job done tomorrow. What they don't realise is that this was not all I was going to get done with them. I am getting the whole car detailed as well. They miss out!
