Worst grocery store in Lincoln! It stinks in the store. There's hardly anything on the shelves, and all the milk expires in 3 days. I live 5 blocks away and quit going to this store ever since it was sold. The same goes for the True Value attached to it, as it's owned by the same owner. Probably why half the staff quit at both stores at once when the new owner in purchased them.
Do not shop here! Do not purchase any frozen food from this location, it is not safe. I can’t wait for this store to shut down, they prey on the poor with their higher than Hyvee prices and low quality of products. We are not in Asia, you should not be allowed to sell food that is not safe for consumption. My second to last purchase was three boxes of Milky Way ice cream bars, all had been completely melted at some point and refrozen. All boxes were checked and trashed. Very well organized and friendly place. Just love of all the many options of food they have compared to most grocery stores near by.
This used to be a really handy place in the neighborhood to grab some quick little bits of groceries or stuff for dinner. But uh, I don't know what's happened, but the last 6 months or so they've just randomly doubled prices on somethings. Countrytime lemonade is 3.85 at dollar general right down the road....it's almost 8 dollars here.
