If i can give a negative review i would give this company zero star! My husband got this as an additional insurance from nissan dandenong when we bought a brand new car as explained that it would cover any dents and scratches on the car. But they don’t explain to you that they would only cover certain parts of the your car and not the whole car itself! Scratches on the booty is not included blah blah blah! What nonsense! Person on phone did not seem to know much about what they can and cannot fix when I enquired about joining. Maybe training your staff better could help?
