All the staff did an excellent job of keeping me informed as to the evaluation of what needed to be done, including a video of what was checked. Shevawn greeted me and made sure I understood what had been done.

I personally source, buy, own, and will trade VW. I've long driven Golfs and their other compact and wagony/hatchyback, hella fun-to-drive VWs my whole existence which is a collection of decades I'd rather not admit to, but I will always return to the VW brand and lineup because, but simply, they are collectibles and luxury in all the right ways. The staff is friendly and nice but I feel like I am being nickel and dimed. The fact that there is a 3% credit card fee and a sign that they only accept checks up $250 is a joke. They might as raise their already high rates by 3%. On top of that the prices for things that should be included in a standard oil change/rotation service is crazy. Finally, went in for a lock issue and once it was fixed I found that the window switch was broken. I know that they are not related but both were disturbed when fixing the lock. Yet I ha... read more
