I bought a new Schmelke cue a while back. The Schmelke representative told me they had the cue stick I wanted in stock online, and would ship immediately. It had one joint option which was what I wanted. Seemed like nice people, and despite some of the bad internet reviews about bad service and quality issues, I thought I would give them a shot. I stopped by on my way to Rice Lake. I have been meaning to stop many times in the past but just never took the time. Schmelke has been in business for many years. In fact my Grandfather bought a pool cue from them way back in the 1920's. The day I stopped I had not planned to buy a pool cue. But then I started looking at a rack that they had of "seconds", that they had at reduced prices. I found a cue that I liked for $80. I have attached a photo of it. Great value on their cues without sacrificing quality. I had a question about my cue and they responded immediately by phone, giving me several different options. Overall, love my cue and love their customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer!
