Dr. Schmeiser is very thorough and wants to understand his patients on a personal level which is great, but his office management and staff are not organized. I had an appointment scheduled a couple months ago and I was sitting in his office for almost two hours?! He comes in and said his staff didn’t tell him that they rescheduled me. Bad bad bad. He’s a good doctor, but the management and the ways of his appointment scheduling is just not right.
Dr Schmizer is the best doctor ever!! He takes his time with his patients and always addresses any concerns we have. Phylis and Mallory are also wonderful!! If we ever need anything they go above and beyond to find a solution!! Best practice we have ever been to!!!
THIS DR....SCHMEISER WAS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL IT LITERALLY CAUSED ME TRAMA THIS DOCTOR SNAPPED AND LOST HIS COOL WANTED TO PUNCH MY HUSBAND IN THE FACE WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS ILL I JUST WANT THE PUBLIC TO KNOW ABOUT THIS DR YAYWHO... I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET... AND I AM THE WIFE HE WAS SO ABUSIVE WHAT WE SHOULD HAVE DONE CALLED THE TALLADEGE POLICE. UNACCEPTABLE.
If I could give negative stars I would. I put up with the BS at this office way too long but my ultimate regret is that I referred my boyfriend here before I got fed up and found another dr. They have refused to treat him for what he originally came here for. Dr Shmieser thinks he knows better than 2 other Dr.s and 3 specialists, he doesn't BTW. Also the staff is rude, they refuse to do their jobs, and forget about getting a prescription sent in, just ask for a paper copy and save yourself a lot of grief. And if you call for... read more
