Only vet office I’ve ever visited where they do the check up on the floor instead of that slippery table most pets are afraid of!! Definitely offer love as well as super professional care!
Have been turned away twice for emergencies for my pets, that are current clients there. Both times no other animals were there. They said I still had to have an appointment and couldn't do a walk in. Understandable if they are busy but when they are just standing around and not with other patients, I feel like someone could have tried to help.
