My husband and I both have Schlotzsky’s apps. And we both earn rewards. We both placed our orders on the app. I ordered at the interstate 240 location store # 001076 but my husbands order was to the Moore ok location. The manager said not a problem. He said for me to call the other location and to have them cancel making it and he would be happy to make the order. His order was 25 dollars. Not a good idea to raise prices, lower quality, and shrinkflate all at the same time.
Saddened that the current chicken tortilla soup is way different than the original you use to offer. For the money, its way less ingredients and more watered down broth. Strongly requesting to bring back the original chicken tortilla soup. It is my family's favorite.
The main office does not answer their phone. Not good. Do not recommend. VERY poor customer service.
I sure wish you would locate a restaurant in the Hazel Green Al area
