DO NOT USE THE APP. ONE STAR SERVICE. I used their new app. A third of my order was missing. I called to get my missing items delivered. They refused. I asked to get my missing items and my delivery fees reimbursed. They refused. Said I had to come pick up myself. I'm recovering from major surgery and can't drive. DO NOT USE THE APP. ONE STAR SERVICE. If anything is missing you are screwed.

Very disappointed with your "Mac & Cheese"!! OMG, it was the worse!! Wasn't it suppose to be BAKED? It looked like watery, loose bowel!! Remove some of the milk. Actually put it in the oven. And require ALL of your employees to attend customer service and engagement training!! Some are worse than Walmart employees!! FIX your mac & cheese or take it off of the menu!!

I love your sandwich, at least twice a week. Wish you would consider bringing back the dark bread! Regardless, it's always good. We go to the Ft Smith Ark , or Tulsa Okla locations...thanks much! From the food to your crew and service, however, seems you have a lot of issues with your Texas facilities...

I went to the Schlotzsky’s on Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale Arizona and waited. 45 minutes for a sandwich watched everybody ahead of me get served before me then she had the nerve to ask me. What did you order again store ID number 1928 the total of my bill is 1434. I will never ever go there again with service like that. They all need to be fired.
