Schlotzky’s on University Drive in Huntsville Alabama has the WORST customer service ever. After today I will NOT go back to that location EVER!! The first time I went I thought maybe the person taking my order was just having a bad day (still no excuse since you are in a customer service environment). LAMPASAS location is TERRIBLE! old food and attitude from GM SUSAN BRASLEY when asked for fresh product. To pay 8$ for a cookie and a mini cinnamon bun and get crap is ridiculous. And to top you won’t even talk to customers. Just walk past saying “it was just made this morning “ and made staff stand there embarrassed. Shame on you. Purchased at 10:15am and brought back at 11am. This is not fresh ma’am. Do better
Placed an online order, was charged for said order, went to pick it up and was met by a rude clueless associate who said schlotzsky’s was dealing with an issue that supposedly was charging people for their orders Then kicking it back. I let her know I was already charged for my order so it definitely was not returned. She rudely replied “well there’s nothing I can do.” So I said OK so I got charged for food that you are not able to give me? The Schlotzsky's in Victoria TX is AWFUL! The owners should be ashamed for allowing a manger to work there and talk to customers like that. I have never gotten such bad customer service in my life. 0 star rating. Will NEVER go back!!
