Very unhappy with agent. My front windshield was damaged on the Florida Turnpike. I have full coverage and had to pay 500.00 deductible. After sharing with the agent that there is a Florida statute 627.7288 that states there is no deductible if you have comprehensive on your policy, this agent should’ve known this. I contacted my agent and she basically blew me off. After three hours of my time it was discovered that my replacement windshield should’ve been free.
