Be prepared to be extorted if you use this company. After removing my car from the snow (5 feet), they demanded an outrageous amount of cash. When I told them I didn’t have cash and that my insurance would cover the service, they refused and began threatening me. The most disturbing part is that I believed they were the towing company sent by my insurance provider—they never disclosed that they were not. This was extremely misleading. My son ended up in a watery ditch, it may have even been a small creek. The person who came to help was professional and kind. After the car was pulled out they stayed awhile longer to make sure the car was operational. They even refused a pìlon.
Blocked entire alley for no reason disrupting traffic because too lazy to park on the side. If they are that lazy when driving they will be the same helping you. Avoid at all cost.
I was 2 hours away from Home with a Flat Tire that could not be fixed and no spare and needed to get the car towed to the nearest Tire Place before 5pm so that I would not be stranded. They came fast and took my car to the location I requested. Thank you for saving the day! As far as pricing not sure cause I used a Emergency Service
Thought they towed car. Not my possessions. The price gauging is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. Greed is out of control. Need to start legal proceedings.
