If I could give negative stars, I would! We ordered a wood stove in Jan 2020. By the time Covid rolled around, they closed their offices and kept pushing back the install either because of the pandemic (which is completely understandable ) or the fact that they kept recommending a stove that didn't meet the requirements for the size our home and space allowed in existing fireplace.
