Order a T-Rex dinosaur online from California and received a T-Rex with its tail sticking out of the shipping box which got grinded down from being drag on the floor by the shipping company all the way from North Carolina. This was a birthday gift for my son but I got short change paying $25 for something damage that company would not replace. I will never use this company again. They over charged me, refuse to refund my money, they won't answer my emails and refuse to let me speak to a manager. They overdrafted my account and tried telling me an order from over a year ago was the reason. Absolutely horrible company! Stealing money on the holidays. Never again
