Order a T-Rex dinosaur online from California and received a T-Rex with its tail sticking out of the shipping box which got grinded down from being drag on the floor by the shipping company all the way from North Carolina. This was a birthday gift for my son but I got short change paying $25 for something damage that company would not replace.
