Dr. Jane Schlecker admitted guilt to negligence on more then one occasion. I was a victim of her having inappropriate contact, of which the Department of Health has sanctioned her for. As a result of her sanction Medicaid has placed her on their excluded provider list. Having inappropriate contact with a patient is a serious offense and violation of the oath a doctor takes when they become a doctor.
