I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after having issues with the integrity of the jewelry twice. My husband bought me a pair of earrings and a chain from here with a help of a woman and had a great experience. Both items held up really well. I went back here to buy a pair of earrings since it’s a well known and trusted shop. Brought my watch that I’ve had forever here because the clasp stopped working and they fixed it in a matter of seconds, for free! Incredibly grateful for their kindness and willingness to share their expertise.
For context I am not one to leave reviews, but I’m very confused by them. The first time I met with them they were incredibly helpful and I felt like I could really trust them with a few gold pieces that had broken due to use, vintage pieces passed down from my grandmother.
