A few weeks ago, my best friend, Charlie Fernandez, had gotten into a minor fender-bender, causing damage to the passenger side of his black 2017 Toyota Highlander. The vehicle was picked up at MJS Towing in Hyde Park by Schlager's tow operator, Ron E.
