I want to preface this with the fact that I have worked with many companies and have done many actual complex projects that have all gone extremely smooth and quick. With that being said, I would avoid this company with all costs. I will also state that I have not spoken with anyone at the Ohio location and have only dealt with their representative and builder in Charlotte, NC. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend Schlabach Wood Design! The team is outstanding. They understood how to bring a vision to life . They are creative , thorough and timely. Schlabach designed and built beautiful custom cabinets for our new home, which included our kitchen and floating cabinets in our great room! They are gorgeous and the customer service was excellent! The quarter sawn white oak lowers in my kitchen are exquisite! Brandon Fellows came out after job completion and made sure everything was perfect, the follow up to make sure everything was functional and beautiful is greatly appreciated! Will not hesitate to work with them again!
We have used Schlabach Wood Design for all of our custom cabinetry in our home in Vero Beach Florida and our home in Sunapee New Hampshire. We found the cabinet quality to be very good and the service to be excellent. Michael Schlabach did a great job on the autocad drawings and all the pieces were labeled and well packaged for shipping, so they were not damaged. We bought both their full custom line for the kitchens and the Fresno line for the bathrooms.
