Justin was our technician when he switched the existing system to be ours in a house we just purchased. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Justin explained everything that he was doing and spoke to us about how to arm the system, how to disarm the system, our passwords, how to use the system when we are at home, and when we are all out of the house, and how it works in terms of notifying the police if there was ever a problem.
