We have had the best experience building with Schlabach. From the moment we started talking with Jeff through design and actual construction, the customer service and communication have been excellent! Our build team led by Marvin was the best that I’ve seen. I even had someone measure for blinds who commented on the precision and accuracy of “whoever tge carpenters were.” It says a lot about the quality of this team. I would highly recommend building with Schlabach.

I recently purchased a home built by this builder and have been deeply disappointed with the quality, particularly considering the purchase price of nearly half a million dollars. The construction and finishes are entirely standard, with nothing distinctive or high-end. During a recent minor storm, it even felt as though the windows might give way. We were told Schlabach Builders stood for quality craftsmanship. What we got was the opposite. From day one it’s been nonstop repair calls. Window flashing with chunks missing, dented cabinets, warped siding, sloppy paint drips, nail pops everywhere. The drywall is paper thin, and the windows shake from traffic or thunder. If you want real craftsmanship, look anywhere but here.
