I understand that construction has to happen, and I know this is only the clearing phase. My issue isn’t with the work itself—it’s with the lack of consideration for the homeowners who already live here. Absolutely thrilled with my new home. The quality is outstanding, with beautiful finishes and excellent craftsmanship throughout. Every detail feels thoughtfully done. Communication was fantastic from start to finish clear, responsive, and professional. Build was completed ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. My parents own a Schlabach built home that they use as a rental property, and they were not the original owners. After running into a few maintenance concerns, we were pleasantly surprised to learn the home was still under warranty even though it’s over 10 years old. Roy and his crew took care of the issues promptly and professionally. It was refreshing to see a builder truly stand behind their work so many years later.
