Schlabach built my home in 2008. Roy Schlabach is a very honest and dedicated builder. My home is still standing tall with no problems.
I can't say enough good things about Schlabach builders. All of the builders I met with before them wanted to quote a build based on a set of existing plans with a few pre-defined options, and picking from a set of finishes/hardware/etc. Meeting with Jeff and Jonathan was completely different. I told Jeff I wanted to make some changes to an existing plan they had, and he broke out the white-out and a ruler and right then and there we drafted up some changes and played with various configurations.
