Our experience with Schippers was incredibly disappointing and ultimately resulted in legal action. The project was plagued by serious issues from start to finish. We encountered numerous construction defects, including cracks in the stairwell wall, warping of our new Trex deck, erosion beneath newly poured concrete, improper framing, deviations from the architect's plans, and flooring that was not installed according to the contract specifications. Schippers installed a steam shower for us in 2023. Jason did a great job from beginning to end… confirming design features, scheduling demo/rough-in/tiling/finishing with no idle periods and making sure the job met our expectations. The post-clean-up was immaculate. We are located over 30 miles from their office, but the distance did not affect the timing or excellence of service. We love our steam shower.

Contacted Schippers about a small garage siding renovation several weeks ago. Kent Lee came out, said he would order a 4X8 sample of siding and follow-up with me. When I didn't hear back after two weeks I left a phone message and then sent several text messages to him for an update, and all were ignored. I would avoid this vendor.
Great local company, they do awesome work and an incredible group of guys to work with!
