Sea Main Beach. Brand new lift 17 months ago. SAME Terminal fault preventing total operation of the lift has happened 5 times in 17 months. Each time they say "definately fixed this time". Latest callout made at 7.13am. Text received at 9.06am stating Technician ETA is 10.15am. It is now 1.42pm and still no technician and no followup call to advise of a delay. Totally unacceptable Schindler both product and Service.
Have called three times for service over the past two weeks and never had any contact back. Absolutely hopeless
