Their service and helpline is so helpful few days ago i dropped my car key accidentally between the gap of the elevator luckily they solved my issue within couple of hours and interesting thing is they didn’t charge me for that really appreciate it
6 months and counting with the lift out of service in our building is mediocre.
10/10 company name, 5 stars.
Avoid this company at all costs. The product is good, and maintenance staff are knowledgeable, but admin and accounts are shambolic! With constant changes of mostly inept staff, and random accounting that appears from up to three years in the past (despite our policy of always paying in a timely fashion), this company is horrendous to deal with. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
