Can I give it a 0 stars? They make our lives miserable at playhouse apartments in Abbotsford
WORST ELEVATOR SERVICE EVER. Do not use or employ these guys unless you are ready to spend 90% of your time being stuck in elevators and living in a state of constant fear. Would rate 0/5 stars if there was an option. The elevator in my apartment building breaks down every 2 weeks. There's been moments I've been stuck for >30 minutes with no assistance or sign of when a technician will arrive or whether they will arrive at all?? Very poor service. Please do not support their business! It took them weeks to get a quote and very difficult to communicate with. When we said we are not renewing the contract they even refused to fix our lifts.
