Heinous service. Superintendent WILL NOT communicate with customers. Local office WILL revert you to the national call center. Techs will accept a ticket & no show. They do not stock parts for their most popular cars. They will perform spotty service requiring 5-10 call backs. They will leave your building(s) out of service without a care in the world. Terrible elevator company!
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AS A PM. AND IT'S NOT JUST THE DMV. I HAD THIS POOR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IN NJ.
Extremely disappointed. Scheduled an elevator repair at our facility, but no one showed up. Poor customer service, 20 - 25 minutes on hold, and no callbacks. Two days later, the elevator is still not working properly. Unacceptable response time and lack of communication. It's time to switch service provider.
Our Condominium provided the accoun manager and he has yet to response to any email and or answer his phone. How are we suppose to get elevator services if the conpany lacks basic customer service.
