THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AS A PM. AND IT'S NOT JUST THE DMV. I HAD THIS POOR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IN NJ.
Extremely disappointed. Scheduled an elevator repair at our facility, but no one showed up. Poor customer service, 20 - 25 minutes on hold, and no callbacks. Two days later, the elevator is still not working properly. Unacceptable response time and lack of communication. It's time to switch service provider.
Our Condominium provided the accoun manager and he has yet to response to any email and or answer his phone. How are we suppose to get elevator services if the conpany lacks basic customer service.
I live in. 55+ plus community in Laurel, MD. I have had Schindler to service our condominium elevators for a very long time. The service is terrible and not recommended. The customer service staff are not responsive to timely scheduling of repairs and the supervisor has been unresponsive.
