Everytime they show up to "fix the elevator" they just shut it off, and it takes weeks for them to answer and come back again to leave it semi functioning

Very garbage. No professional service. No accountability when called. We have been waiting for days yet nobody is here to repair. We have all elderly people who are unable to take stairs. So frustrating.

Our new building has two elevators out in Port Moody. Incredibly slow service.

The elevator in our building in North Vancouver has been down for weeks while disabled people are told to utilize the staircases. Apparently our building manager has been trying to contact Schindler to no avail and we still have no update as to when it will be fixed. Seems absolutely crazy is this day and age to see customer service as poor as this. Pay your techs a decent wage and you might be able to look after your customers.

This is really a zero star review. The timeline for providing service is unexceptable. Mind-boggling that service isn't provided in a timely manner. Not sure how this company is still in business. They are poor at responding to property managers, poor communication and extremely slow repair time.
