Bad communication, bad service. One of their guys showed up at my building and smoked in the elevator room and set off the fire alarm then just left without fixing the problem. Fire department came and charged us for the visit, had to call them back and pay ‘emergency hours price’ for the service. So cool
Terrible service, trying to reach someone who can give me information on an ongoing repair, cannot get anyone, goes to voicemail on every call
Terrible service. Placed a service request and no one showed up.
I don’t have any experience with them but I’m very disappointed they’re not called Schindler’s Lift
