Amazing company, I work for a moving company and there elevators are always very spacious with easy access, smooth rides and never out of service
Edit 8/12: The issue has now been identified as a necessary CPU replacement and Canopy software update. We're told it may be this week that they can come back to fix the elevator, but this is now the 7th issue they've pointed as a problem on our brand new elevators. The prior issues were listed as: door closer, board (1), board (2), internal wire coils, software update, and now the CPU and Canopy software. The techs are very kind and we appreciate their candor, but the list of issues on this brand new elevator are extensive.... read more
