It's always impressive to me when schindler can't fix their own brand of elevator
I am a resident of The ParQ at Chesterfield. Their elevators are constantly breaking down, and they have very slow response time getting repairs completed.
Shittler did the elevators in our brand new mid rise apartment and the elevator in the lobby has been down consistently more than it has worked. Terrible experience they won’t even reach out to explain what’s going on or why we are waiting weeks to have a working elevator that works for all of 2 days.
Terrible communication. The elevator has been down almost the entire time our complex has been open. Not even being able to communicate with the property staff about what is going on with our elevator is not a great look for business. Even if you are somehow able to get ahold of someone, they are rude, talk over you, and are generally unhelpful. If you are looking for an elevator company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
