Horrible elevator brand. Boxcar Apartments in Spokane has constant Shindler break downs. A elevator tech will come out and the average repair the past 6 Months last 2 to 4 days before the elevator breaks again. New apartment contruction since 2022. The should have installed OTIS elevators. Clearly Schindler techs cant fix the problem otherwise it wouldn't keep breaking this often.
From the bottom of my heart I want to thank Schindler Elevators and specifically their District Manager Jacent. After this incident I was told what great/hard working guys they have at Schindler's and told me who to contact for my emergency. Although, I have not needed elevator repair because I have never had an elevator.
