Looking at ther service and the way your team communicates to customers is very very unprofessional and can't image an MNC like you is doing business in this way.
3 brand new elevators and none of them work for longer than 3 days at a time, So you have to call for service and then they want to charge you for every service & blame you for the issues. They DO NOT stand behind their products at all. Our elevators are 10 months old and failing multiple times per week. Do yourself a favor and go with otis, or just get a pulley elevator i promise it will be more reliable than anything schindler installs
