This is the worst elevator company to have for your new elevators and service. The building that I live in is only a year and 7 months old and the elevator has been down 4 times in the last month. This company has the worst service and elevators . Stay clear getting this company to install there elevators in your building. You will have issues all the time.. There parts are cheap and don’t last.

Terrible service. They are contracted for my company. We have elevators that have been down for a year. The elevator that services my area has been down for 5 months and they just pushed the date out another month. PATHETIC. Plenty of excuses but ZERO COUSTOMER CARE.

Absolutely awful service and company. We have a Schindler installed elevator at one of our buildings and it’s always out of commission. It’s the worst! At least 3 times a week the elevator is stuck, on earthquake mode and not working. Our homeowners need this elevator to get to their homes. A huge inconvenience and just awful service. The tech comes out, fixes it and then a day later it’s jammed. Do not go with this company. Save yourself the headache.

For a year and a half, we have been receiving invoices and past due notices for services provided to another customer. I have called, I have emailed, I have called again, I have even included the president of their company in emails sent. We accidentally paid one of the invoices and they refuse to refund us. I finally received an invoice this month with a name of someone who approved work recently. I was able to do a very quick google search, found the company/condo complex, and contacted them.
