I'm disabled & I live in a complex I adore BUT the Elevator Company is the WORST company of Any kind I have EVER had to experience! My leasing office has had to call them more times than I can count due to it breaking down. Also, we have to wait WEEKS for a repair! They don't deserve One star! Overall, in the last 8 months, it's been broken more than it's been repaired/in use!
Two elevators have been down for over a week, and despite multiple calls, Schindler has not shown up. Their invoicing is inconsistent, with unclear charges and no explanations. In the past, we had an elevator down for over nine months before they finally diagnosed the issue. Also, if they claim it's a problem with the drive, it's likely not the case.
