Since moving into a 5 year luxury apartment, The SoFlo apartments at 326 S. Flores in San Antonio, the Schindler elevator product fails to provide positive service. SoFlo management has made numerous calls of freight elevator shorting out but Schindler has failed to respond to the needed service for our wheelchair tenants. The freight elevator was out for 8 months two years ago. It still looks new because of not being used. Unhappy New Year 2026. Schindler has absolutely the worst service of any company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They are horrible. I do not recommend their products. Their service people their call station. I don’t recommend anything about Schindler Elevator.
