If you’re looking for reliable elevator service, look elsewhere. Our elevator has been out of service multiple times, often for days or weeks at a time, and every repair has been temporary at best. There is no urgency, no proactive maintenance, and limited communication. When you manage or live in a multi-story building, reliability isn’t optional and Schindler has not delivered it. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service. Not recommended based on consistent failure to deliver. Also, never sign a contract with them!
Our elevator has broken every couple months after only being a few years old. Customer service is abysmal and won’t come during the windows given or at all most “scheduled times”.
Javi has been so amazing to work with! So quick to respond and helps answer any questions I have.
We were having issues getting a response but once Javi found out about that she went above and beyond to make it right. No business can get it 100% perfect 100% of the time but how they respond when they don't get it right is what will set them apart! Thank you, Javi for being professional, prompt and kind!
