This will be the second time I have had to call Schindler to “repair” and I use that term very lightly our elevator for the same issue. I first called Schindler this morning at 6:54 AM to place a service ticket. I then called again at 8:00 AM to verify that the technician was actually scheduled. I called again at 10:20 AM, once again confirming that someone was going to show up, and then again at 12:00 PM to confirm the status. Very difficult to get help or speak to anyone. Their phone system tells you to call a local office, but then the local office directs you to the corporate office. Very frustrating.
I would give a '0' stars if I could! We have been having issues and these guys decide to not follow up when you've been calling and messaging them for months and now, one of our buildings, both elevators have ran their millionth run and they havent gotten our parts yet and our disabled residents are basically screwed from being able to leave. You guys are a disgrace and im not taking this review off until you guys come and take care of our property. The company pays thousands of dollars for this kind of service.

Zero if I can say. The amount that is charged for resetting an elevator in an apartment building is beyond excessive. People who are moving in or out trying to get furniture in have to hold the door open. The amount of time that causes the system to lock up is unreasonable. We have a manufacturer that sells these to apartments and know that they will have recurring calls to just unlock the system.
