This is quite literally the worst elevator company I have ever worked with. Techs have come out several times and have "forgotten" their laptops that they need to program the elevators. When you try to get ahold of someone, nobody ever reaches out to you. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. If I could void the contract I absolutely would.
help i'm stuck in the elevator its been 3 days although there was some left over Chinese food so i'll add an extra star. The food is now gone
