Never been a huge fan of Schindler Elevator. The door close buttons of the HT-330A doesn’t work at all and they keep modernizing the old and special elevators. Although the chime on their elevators sound musical which that’s good

I live in a high rise for elderly people. We called because our elevator is out of service. At 8:30 AM they said they'd be out in 1 hour. We have called 6 times since then from the front office. I personally called and talked to supervisor, Daniel, at 3:10 today. I told him the situation and he said he'd look into it and get right back to me. The elevators in our building are always going down. They are brand new! I wish they had picked a better company for sure! The elevator went down while I was moving in last month costing me extra money to my hourly movers and then was down for weeks after that! The Signal is a great community but are being brought down by this elevator company that is well ..you know. Ugh.

My community, Elevate Brier Creek uses them for elevator service. We were told they would be out here the following Tuesday after the elevator stopped working on a Friday. No one came, or called to let us know they were not coming. We had communicated to our residents that it was expected to be resolved that week and then it was not resolved for another week and 3 days. In total, the elevator was down for 2 weeks.
