Issue is with service crew at JC Penney’s, Paradise Valley Mall at approximately 11:20-11:30a.m., April 11. Short male van driver sped right in front of us as we attempted to park by JCP pick-up. I had to hit brakes to avoid an accident. Then they get out and the macho strutting starts. They glared at me and among other pleasantries, the diminutive driver said, “You want me to take my shirt off?” Then while we shopped for about 20 minutes, these Einstein covered up the Schindler contact info on the van’s rear. Service is terrible. We have multi floor apartment complex, where many of the residence need an elevator due to physical limitations. One of two elevators, servicing the second and third floors, has been out of service almost two weeks because "Schindler is waiting for a replacement part" which you would think they would have in stock. The two elevators are not close to each other so if an emergency happened In the building near the working elevator many of the residents would not be able to get to the first floor.
