Working with this elevator vendor has been nothing short of frustrating. The elevators are constantly out of service, sometimes for days, and the level of reliability is unacceptable for a residential building of our size. Residents are rightfully upset, and it reflects poorly on management despite our efforts to stay on top of issues. Communication is lacking, timelines are missed, and there's little accountability. We expected better. Unfortunately, we're left scrambling to pick up the pieces after each breakdown.
