Great cafeteria
horrible customer service -cannot connect to a human being. Have been calling Northern New Jersey branch HQ - generic voice recording to leave a message since 9am
The Call Center is Terrible. If there was an option for 0 stars i would give this company 0 stars. We have a current contract in place and nothing is getting done. Everytime we have an emergency call no one comes out until the following monday. "Normal Business Hours" then i get a bill from Schindler with overtime hours on there. Everytime i request for them to come out it is always 2-3 days delay even for emergency calls. Very unsatisfied with the experience i have with them.
