They deserve no stars. They're rude and complacent. They never fix anything. They even tell the residents that they hate coming to our building.
Tech has to come out once a week bc the same elevator keeps going out, and when it seems like all is well our 2nd elevator goes out, this has been an ongoing issue since before I even started, they are making a killing off us for nothing to get solved, we are currently seeking another company to hopefully come fix our elevators once and for all
