I can understand taking extra time to fix elevator issues but spending a whole day for repairs and the elevator breaking down two days later is criminal
We have had a service contract with Schindler Elevator since our elevator was originally installed in 1991. I took over managing our building maintenance in 2022. Schindler has repeatedly missed scheduled maintenance that we pay for, when I brought this to their attention, they blamed short staffing and credited us for one quarter in the Spring of 2023, with the promise to do the work. Schindler missed 2 more of the 4 maintenances scheduled in 2023, and did not do the CAT 1 test that is also included in our payments. In 2024... read more

An employee was sitting in their truck with the vehicle door open, I tried to park next to him and he refused to close his door even a little so I could park next to his vehicle in the parking lot. He just stared at me for a moment and then continued his conversation on the phone with his door wide open.
