I would do -1 stars if possible .Worst elevator company I have ever dealt with in 25 yrs of Facilities management Poor response and communications local service division lists disconnected phone # area rep does not return phone calls
Awful Seniors were without an elevator for about a year. This crew were clueless on how to address the issue. Since then, the government has approved the final sign off and these seniors are now waiting for this company to sign off. Disgusting that they cannot get one person to drive down to the town so that these poor seniors can actually use the elevator.
I really think you should consider changing the name Schindlers Lift.
