Elevator has been down for 2 weeks. Was told the part would be here by now but still nothing. All these 1 star ratings make complete sense now.
****Stay away****Building elevator has been down since past one week during this lovely holiday season and this has been the second or the third time this year.
This company never have their parts available that leaves you no elevator accessible for weeks.
I would do -1 stars if possible .Worst elevator company I have ever dealt with in 25 yrs of Facilities management Poor response and communications local service division lists disconnected phone # area rep does not return phone calls
